This tournament is organized by: Seoul Club House
Location: Groenplaats 34, Antwerp
Date: Every Tuesday at 7pm
Entry fee: €15 per participant

• Once the tournament has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Registration through phone call or walk-in
  • Please note that our telephone support is available from Monday to Thursday starting at 16:00.
• Limited spots available. First come, first serve.

• Respect towards other players, staff, and restaurant is mandatory.
• No aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Alcohol and/or substance abuse affecting gameplay may result in removal from the tournament.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct.
• Consumption from elsewhere is not allowed.
• No bottles or glasses on the pool tables
• Material is only to be used for what it is for

• Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
• The organizer is not liable for:
• Personal injury
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Any indirect damages
• Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage if desired.
• Any damage resulting from a breach of the above-mentioned rules shall be at the expense of the responsible party

• Reschedule the event, or
• Refund entry fees

• Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).

• They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• They agree to comply with all rules and decisions of the organizer.
